Return and Refund Policy

Final sessions and potential re-edits:

Invoices will be sent out once the video has been completed, and payments must be received before videos are sent out.
- *** Two edits are included in each package, so updates can be made to the video per owner's requests. Any additional edits will be charged $50 per hours***
Each session price includes the video editing to the finished product
Any additional edits after the finished product is made, will be charged under Video Editing

Refund policy:

Non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required once session date has been agreed upon. Deposit will be put towards travel.
No refunds available once final product has been agreed upon.

Turn around time for the finished video is typically completed within the following week of the session.

$100 for every additional animal that is included in a single session

Capturing movement utilizing varied shots (wide, medium, close up, slo-mo) to highlight natural beauty.

Capturing special moments such as Weddings, Concerts, Graduations, Birthdays, Gender Reveals, and any other special moments

Professional videos for business, including brand story videos, training/HR videos, marketing products or services, and internal communications
